Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass grants customers a limited lifetime auto glass warranty against defective parts, materials, and workmanship for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. New stone chips or cracks caused by abuse cannot be warranted. In some cases when repairing a stone chip, the damaged area may become larger, or in rare cases cause the windshield to crack out. If this should occur, Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass will extend a credit toward a windshield replacement. If the insurance was billed for the repair, they will receive the credit.
